Ten thousand, a hundred thousand, a million perhaps?

So how do you choose?

Here are a few points to look for:

  • Is it sensible? Do you think you can keep the diet up? e.g. if you have to eat just grapefruit for 2 weeks, do you really think that’s you?
  • Does it sound healthy and natural? Ultimately if it isn’t, it’s not going to be good for you.
  • Do real people use and lose weight consistently with it?
  • Does it encourage you to exercise? Long term you’re going to need to exercise if you want to be healthy and look good.
